      Kelly is a licensed and certified cosmetic tattoo artist. Her passion for beauty developed from childhood in Cameroon, where she attended cosmetology school. In 2021 she delved into the permanebt makeup world. As a perfectionist by nature, she pays attenttion to details and customizes each client's experience to achieve results that flatter thier unqiue features. Kelly's goal is to enhance client's nature beauty while saving client's time, energy, and frustration by simpfying your beauty routine. When it comes to appearance, client's deserve the best care that money can buy.
